激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)是(shi)用(yong)於精確測量(liang)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)塵(chen)埃(ai)顆粒的總(zong)量(liang)及粒徑(jing)遍(bian)布(bu)的儀器(qi)設(she)備(bei),進(jin)而為氣體清潔度的鑒定(ding)給予(yu)根(gen)據(ju)。普(pu)遍(bian)的激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)是(shi)光(guang)透射(she)式(DAPC)的,精確測量(liang)粒徑(jing)範疇(chou)0.1-10μm,除此(ci)之(zhi)外也有(you)凝結(jie)核(he)式的激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)(CNC),可精(jing)確測量(liang)規格(ge)更(geng)小(xiao)的塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)。
精確測量(liang)粒徑(jing)是(shi)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)的壹(yi)個(ge)關(guan)鍵(jian)主(zhu)要參數,由(you)於其立(li)即相匹(pi)配於儀器(qi)設(she)備(bei)的變換敏感度(du)。變換敏感度(du)表示(shi)的是(shi)數據(ju)信號工(gong)作電壓和(he)粒徑(jing)中(zhong)間的關(guan)聯(lian)。不(bu)壹(yi)樣(yang)粒徑(jing)尺(chi)寸(cun)的粒子(zi)歷經(jing)激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)的光(guang)學系統軟(ruan)件(jian)的變換後(hou),會形(xing)成(cheng)不(bu)壹(yi)樣(yang)力度(du)(工(gong)作電壓)的脈沖(chong)數據(ju)信號,其粒徑(jing)越大,單(dan)脈沖(chong)工(gong)作電壓越高。換句話說粒徑(jing)尺(chi)寸(cun)與(yu)單(dan)脈沖(chong)工(gong)作電壓是(shi)壹(yi)壹(yi)對應(ying)的,例(li)如(ru)某(mou)臺激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)的變換敏感度(du)為0.3μm那麼(麼)其(qi)相匹(pi)配69mv,0.5μm相匹(pi)配531mv,1.0μm相匹(pi)配701mv等(deng),假如(ru)激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)檢(jian)驗到(dao)壹(yi)個(ge)單(dan)脈沖(chong)為100mv,則這(zhe)壹(yi)粒子(zi)的尺(chi)寸(cun)毫(hao)無疑(yi)問超過0.3μm而低於0.5μm。
激(ji)光(guang)塵(chen)埃(ai)粒子(zi)計(ji)數器(qi)的內部電源電路(lu)便是(shi)統計(ji)分(fen)析大於等(deng)於某(mou)壹(yi)工(gong)作電壓值的脈沖(chong)發生(sheng)器(qi)總(zong)數的電源電路(lu)。針對以上的中(zhong)的事例(li),精(jing)確測量(liang)空(kong)氣(qi)中(zhong)大於等(deng)於0.3μm粒子(zi)的總(zong)數,在(zai)線路(lu)中(zhong)便是(shi)統計(ji)分(fen)析大於等(deng)於69mv的單(dan)脈沖(chong)的數量(liang),精(jing)確測量(liang)大(da)於等(deng)於0.5μm粒子(zi)的總(zong)數,在(zai)線路(lu)中(zhong)便是(shi)統計(ji)分(fen)析大於等(deng)於531mv的單(dan)脈沖(chong)的數量(liang),可依次類(lei)推(tui)。
