壹(yi)、接通電(dian)源(yuan),檢查電(dian)路(lu)系(xi)統(tong)、控制系(xi)統(tong)是(shi)否(fou)正(zheng)常,調(tiao)節(jie)負(fu)壓(ya)至4000~6000Pa範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),如(ru)工作負壓(ya)達(da)不到(dao)要(yao)求(qiu),應(ying)清(qing)理吸(xi)塵器內(nei)水(shui)泥,使負壓(ya)恢復(fu)正(zheng)常.
二(er)、水泥樣品應充分拌(ban)勻,通過(guo)0.9mm方(fang)孔(kong)篩(shai),記錄(lu)篩(shai)余(yu)物(wu)情(qing)況,要(yao)防(fang)止過篩(shai)時混(hun)入其(qi)它(ta)水(shui)泥.
三、稱取試(shi)樣25g,置(zhi)於潔凈的負壓篩(shai)中,蓋上篩(shai)蓋,放在篩(shai)座(zuo)上(shang),開(kai)動(dong)篩(shai)析(xi)儀連(lian)續(xu)篩(shai)析(xi)2min,在此(ci)期間(jian)如有(you)試(shi)樣附著(zhe)在篩(shai)蓋上,可(ke)輕輕敲(qiao)擊(ji),使試(shi)樣落(luo)下.
四(si)、試(shi)驗(yan)篩(shai)必(bi)須(xu)保持潔凈,篩(shai)孔通暢(chang),如(ru)篩(shai)孔被(bei)水(shui)泥(ni)堵塞影響篩(shai)余(yu)量時,可(ke)用(yong)弱酸浸泡,用(yong)毛刷(shua)輕輕刷(shua)洗,用(yong)淡水(shui)沖凈、涼(liang)幹.
五、試(shi)樣篩(shai)畢,用(yong)天平(ping)稱量篩(shai)余(yu)物(wu),計算篩(shai)余(yu)百(bai)分數(shu).
六(liu)、試(shi)驗(yan)篩(shai)修正(zheng)系(xi)數(shu)測定方(fang)法(fa):用(yong)壹(yi)種已(yi)知百分數(shu)的粉狀試(shi)樣(該(gai)試(shi)樣不受(shou)環境影響、篩(shai)余(yu)百(bai)分數(shu)不發(fa)生(sheng)變化)作(zuo)為(wei)標(biao)準樣在試(shi)驗(yan)篩(shai)上測定篩(shai)余(yu)百(bai)分數(shu),計(ji)算修正(zheng)系(xi)數(shu).

本儀(yi)器主(zhu)要(yao)由(you)篩(shai)析(xi)儀和(he)工(gong)業(ye)吸塵器兩(liang)大(da)部(bu)分組(zu)成壹(yi)整體(ti).工業(ye)吸塵器由多只(zhi)過濾(lv)袋和(he)清(qing)灰裝置(zhi)組(zu)成,真(zhen)空壓力表可(ke)測負壓,收(shou)塵筒用(yong)來收(shou)集灰(hui)塵.
